WeAreTasked is an online platform that connects Hiring Parties with Working Parties for various services. WeAreTasked facilitates these connections and payment processing but is not the direct provider of the services unless expressly stated.

Hiring Parties and Working Parties are responsible for:
Payments made by Hiring Parties are processed through WeAreTasked using approved payment providers. WeAreTasked acts as a hiring intermediary and handles the payout of applicable funds to the respective Working Party.
Users agree to:
The Hiring Party makes the applicable payment to WeAreTasked. WeAreTasked handles the payout to the respective Working Party in accordance with the applicable contract and payment terms.
All fee prepayments made through WeAreTasked are non-refundable. Unused prepaid balances remain in the user's WeAreTasked account and can only be used toward future WAT fee payments. As fee prepayments are non-refundable, they are not eligible for a refund and there is no refund request process for these payments.
WeAreTasked may charge service fees, commissions, activation fees, or other applicable charges. These fees will be displayed before confirmation where applicable.
WeAreTasked acts as the hiring intermediary between the Hiring Party and Working Party. Any complaints or disputes raised by the customer must be addressed through the Company's dispute-resolution and mediation process, involving the ultimate Working Party.
All platform content, branding, software, logos, graphics, and materials remain the property of WeAreTasked or its licensors.
Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce platform content without permission.
Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials.
WeAreTasked implements reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeAreTasked shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse, or legal requirements.
We may modify, update, or discontinue features or services at any time.
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international laws and the laws governing the operation of WeAreTasked, without limiting any mandatory legal protections available to users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
